About the Event

I am so excited to announce my second Christmas Supper Club to date, where we will be gathering to enjoy an amazing Christmas feast made from scratch by yours truly, Maria. 

Those who know me, know my food packs flavour and wholesomeness. But I am determined to make this dinner my best craft to date, all in a cosy venue which will be decorated to resemble my dream rustic set-up with fairy lights, candles, wooden decorations and fragrant Christmas wraths.

So here is what I have penciled on the menu, all plantbased but guaranteed to make you forget about meat and dairy. You might even love it more! 

Arrive at 6:30 to enjoy a glass of mulled wine and the following canapés:

Pulled ‘pork’ and red cabbage slaw sliders

Smokey hummus with cranberry sauce

Mac and cheeze paprika balls


Sage and apricot nut roast (pecans, almonds, hazelnuts, chestnuts, brazil nuts)

Creamy Mashed Potatoes with Garlic and Rosemary

Maple-glazed Parsnips and Carrots

Chilli Charred Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate and Balsamic Dressing

Red Wine and Cranberry Gravy


Poached pears with citrus peel and spices

Chocolate and orange mousse with praline dust
