Our Yiwu coffee comes from a region of China that has traditionally grown tea. The Yiwu coffee is managed by three farmer families in the village of KanNiuShan, which roughly translates to Grazing Cattle Mountain. KanNiuShan provides an optimum micro-climate for production due to its position on the warmer northeast side of the mountain, protected from frost.
This coffee is sticky sweet, with a cherry fruitiness.
